- Built the backend of a no-code Solana mini-game builder solo in 5 months: Anchor program indexer, candles in 9 timeframes and a TradingView-compatible charting API.
- Optimized storage and analytics for 100M+ game and trading event records in TimescaleDB.
- Became the main author of a TON launchpad backend: blockchain scanner with failover across 3 RPC providers, automatic token listing on DeDust after a sale, CI/CD to DigitalOcean for 4 environments.
- Led the frontend of a gaming goods marketplace on Next.js 16 and React 19 from the first commit to production on 6 domains; as release engineer, merged 1,000+ changes in a team of 7 developers.
- Reconciled 1,085 paid marketplace orders ($15.3K in 3 weeks) against web analytics, found that 56% of purchases went untracked and designed server-side event delivery.
- Integrated a marketplace seller's back office with the government product labeling system and e-document exchange: code ordering, withdrawal from circulation for FBS orders, invoice reconciliation; 75K codes in production.

- Laid out the architecture of DeWallet, a non-custodial TON wallet as a Chrome extension and Telegram Mini App: client-side AES encryption of the mnemonic, TonConnect bridge; listed in the official TON wallets-list, ecosystem of 6M+ users.
- Wrote the DeVPN backend alone in 3 weeks: Outline server fleet management, Telegram initData auth, payments in TON and 10 jettons with automatic subscription activation.
- Owned payouts for a Telegram game with its own token: 967K sign-ups in 100 days, peak of 103K per day, $71K paid out in batches via BullMQ.
- Built TON payment intake: a block indexer with a persistent cursor, auto-sweep to a hot wallet and a withdrawal worker, plus TonAPI scanners reused in the VPN, eSIM service and games.
- For partners, built the blockchain layer of the Libermall NFT marketplace (Tegro) with a port of 5 Getgems contracts, and the frontend of the on-chain game Crazy Portals on Everscale and Venom.
- Main author of the npm library @delab-team/ton-network-react for calling and deploying TON contracts from the browser via TonConnect.
